Are your shirts genuine?

Yes, 100%, you can be assured that we sell only official merchandise. Our shirts are Original Replicas, the exact same that you find in the UK market

Why are your prices so cheap then?

It’s in our name. When you buy from buydirect.football you are purchasing and receiving the real deal straight from the cheapest possible source.

Our shirts originate from an alternative market to the UK market. The shirts that are sold by all recognised UK retailers are manufactured differently and sized differently to the shirts that we are selling. Our shirts come from the Southeast Asian market and we are able to take advantage of favourable exchange rates and express overseas shipping in order to pass the saving on to our customers. We really do believe it shouldn’t cost so much to represent your favourite football team. 

So what’s the catch?

There’s no catch. Buy direct with full confidence. We only sell original merchandise made with the same materials and the same love as the shirts within the UK market. There might be a slight difference in the manufacturing of shirts made for the UK and for Southeast Asia, but we will guarantee your satisfaction.

The only sort of catch is that we have a 3 item limit per order due to import restrictions. 

How does your sizing work?

We would recommend buying your UK shirt size.

When your order arrives, you will notice that the size on the shirt is greater than the size you ordered. For example: You ordered a shirt in size S but the size on the shirt displays size M. This is because the sizes of the shirts manufactured in the Southeast Asia region run rather small. We have completed extensive testing with the sizes of the shirts and you can have faith in our sizing.

Okay okay, I’d like to order. How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all our products. It will take 0-3 days to process your order and a further 5-7 days for your order to arrive. For all of our UK customers, your orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and you will receive full tracking information.

I am trying to add multiple shirts to the basket but its not working, why?

As we mentioned above, there's a 3 item limit per order due to import restrictions. This makes sure that our customers pay the lowest possible prices and aren’t hit with any hidden charges at all.

I would like a Custom Name & Number printed on my shirt, how do I submit the customisation?

You can either add your custom name & number to the order notes or you can email it to us at email@buydirect.football

I’m not happy with the size of my shirt or I have another query…

How long have you guys been in business for?

We have been part of the sports memorabilia industry for just over a decade and we have a vast amount of experience in dealing with manufacturers.

Our management team all have strong backgrounds and have worked previously for some of the big players within the industry. In 2024 we established an express shipping route from our overseas suppliers straight to our customers and thus far it has been a roaring success.

I would like to return my order, how can I do this?

We will accept your return as long as you haven't ordered a personal customisation. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order over at email@buydirect.football

We will review your request and send you a suitable prepaid returns label.
